THE LEARNING MATRIX TRAINING PROGRAMME in collaboration with ICICI Bank for ISBS Students
  • ISBS has successfully launched the Online Training programme, namely Foundation of Banking in collaboration with ICICI in September 2009.
  • It is mandatory for the students specializing in Finance to enroll for this course.
  • This course covers all the practical aspects of banking & also helps the students to learn not only the What & Why of Banking but also the How of Banking. It helps the students to learn the foundation of banking completely online through self-learning.
  • This prepares the students to take up jobs in the Banking sector.
  • The students have successfully completed the mandatory courses decided by the Institute in the month of September 2009 & have been awarded Online Certificates individually by the Executive Director, ICICI Bank Ltd...
  • The modules covered by the students are mentioned below:

a)Banking an Introduction   b)General bank Operations c)Overview of Banking  d)Basics of Finance, Time ,Value of Money   e) Basics of Finance, Risks & Returns f) Basics of Finance-Financial Statements g) Banking An Introduction, New.

The students have been asked to complete as many courses as possible during the vacation & prepare a file of the certificates along with the detail write up of each completed module. The concluding session was held in second week of November2009 wherein Ms.Savita Singh; Branch Manager,ICICI addressed and interacted  with the students.
