Mentoring of the students by the faculty

Indira firmly believes in moulding the future Managers by providing personal guidance in their development. Towards this end, a Mentoring program has been institutionalized to counsel them on the key attributes that they need to focus on, to become effective managers, future leaders and good human beings. The program also covers issues connected with campus recruitment and how the students can confidently face such processes
 
Grievance Cell

ISBS has an organized grievance cell headed by a team of Professors and students council to address various areas of concern to the students.

 
Faculty, Management and Institutional Feedback from the students

Ultimately knowing where we stand with our internal customers, helps to evaluate and improve our performance. Students give feedback about the faculty members and provision of amenities within the institution on regular basis.

Train the Trainers

Training the trainers forms a very essential component of faculty schedule, and this is a consistently regular phenomenon at Indira. Faculty visit corporate regularly for research and participate in Management Development Program organized by various organizations. Experienced academicians from well known institutes in India such as the IIM and international trainers are invited and visit our campus to deliver training programs. Regular faculty development programs are conducted to ensure the quality of teaching and the contemporary contents in teaching. Theoretical contents are supplemented regularly by the visit of experts from the corporate to provide insight into the utility of concepts taught.
