Indian youth carries great potential and unlocking this demands both macro and micro perspective. Growth and Education share a mutually beneficial relationship. Education is a great leveler in the world. Hence, the chief objective at Indira has been to establish this sense of pride amongst students, so that they can achieve a head start to begin in a divergently complex environment. At Indira we create a movement to convert the hopes and aspirations of the youth, into commitments for purpose and performance.

Our confidence in the learning abilities of the youth has led to academic sessions which are a judicious mix of classroom teaching and experience sharing by successful corporate entrepreneurs. We have as our instructors, experienced and dedicated individuals with corporate and academic skills.

ISBS believes in the economic independence of individuals. In this endeavor we aim to inspire our post graduate students to create a niche for themselves, in the Indian Economic order first, and then compete globally. We owe our gratitude to the Indian Industry for consistently collaborating with us in this endeavor. Renowned industrialists visit us and tremendously enhance the learning of our students, by sharing their vast knowledge and experience. Having traversed the journey of collaboration between Industry and Academia, we have ourselves made certain significant achievements, and we do understand that these achievements are but the building blocks for achieving further heights.

Indira is where it is today, due to the synergy between our organizational vision and culture. We have adopted a holistic approach, integrating physical, emotional and social development of the students with a solid academic base. We aim to build an attitude amongst the young aspiring managers, on how they can continually expand their capacity to create the results they truly desire. How new and expansive patterns of thinking can be nurtured and collective aspirations set free, so that people are continually learning to see the complete picture.

At Indira, the rung of a ladder was never meant to rest upon, but enough, to enable us to put the other somewhat higher.
