“Train the trainers” program forms a very essential component of faculty schedule in ISBS. This is a regular phenomenon at ISBS. Faculty members participate in Management Development Programs organized by various organizations. As a part of faculty development programme, ISBS faculty members visited Krushnai Water Park, Pune for one day Outdoor Management Training on 12th December 2009.

Krushnai Water World is located at the base of famous Singhgad Fort, about 20 km away from Pune city. Krushnai Water Park is spread over 10 acres of land which is perfect for team building and leadership exercises, leading to greater engagement of faculty with the Institution and colleagues.

Along with skill building exercises faculty members enjoyed activities such as rain dance, lazy river, wave pool, pendulum slide, tornado slide, bangi jumping and bull ride at Krushnai. The rocking rain dance was taken care by the professional DJ from goa. There was a restaurant where everybody enjoyed their meal. The faculty members shared quality time with each other and it was an excellent emotional and physical rendezvous.
