IRDC is institutionalized to meet the training and research needs of the organization. We thus provide customized training solutions. Training Need Analysis (TNA) brings forth need based training which also takes into account the unique blend of knowledge, skills, perceptions, and experiences of the trainee participants. Training is imparted by systematic modules that are designed and are delivered using methods that are both, participative and innovative. All our training programs have a holistic focus. Our training programs range from one day sessions to longer duration residential programs either at the client's site or at an independent location. Technology is used as a key enabler to make this expertise available to professionals, irrespective of location and at a very low cost.
In-Company Training Programs
IRDC accepts requests from organizations for conducting customized training programs for their executives at different levels, and offers customized programs to suit the business and developmental needs of client organizations. Standard Modules from regular MDP's are also combined and adapted, wherever necessary, to suit the requirements of client organizations.
The duration of these programs ranges from one day to one week, depending upon the variety, magnitude and complexity of topics covered. While some of these are conducted at the Institute, they are also held in the premises of the client organizations.
Consultancy and Research Services @ IRDC
IRDC also provides consultancy services to public and private sector organizations. Consultancy services cover a wide range - from preparation of feasibility reports and project appraisals to Tax Planning, Counseling, Company Manuals, Human Resource Planning, HR Policy, Organizational Restructuring, Organizational Development Interventions, Market Research and Development of Effective Marketing Strategies. ISBS faculty-consultants also relocate to organizations in-house system to complete short duration assignments and projects. ISBS has a well-established incubation cell where start up enterprise is provided fundamental support of infrastructure, consultancy and research.
